Songwriting Class
This is an eight week course that will help you to develop the tools necessary to write your own songs! We will explore the four essential elements that make-up the popular song: Lyric, Melody, Harmony and Rhythm. We will also discuss ways to overcome your inner critic and help you to access your own unique creativity! Bring your own instrument. I will be offering two different sections of the class:
- Introduction to Songwriting: Wed. 6-7 pm 11/5 - 1/14
- Advanced Techniques / Writer's Workshop: Wed. 7:30-8:30 pm 11/5 -1/14
We will be taking three weeks off to accommodate the holiday season. There will be no class 11/26, 12/24 and 12/31.
