Jibril Naeem I have been training in the martial arts for over twenty years. I have taught martial arts, kickboxing, self-defense and conditioning for close to ten years. Over my time teaching, I have found that most people studying a martial art or learning self-defense don’t have an understanding of what they are doing or where the moves come from. They have no idea why the technique is supposed to work or the mechanics behind it. And they don’t know how to adapt the moves to work for them.

My program is designed to help you get the answers to all the questions above, prepare you for actual self-defense, apply the lessons learned to everyday life situations, and give you a solid foundation in martial arts, while building self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-respect.

With my coaching, you will learn to relax and maintain self control in self-defense situations and improve muscle strength, flexibility, and endurance in a fun and safe environment.

Like all things, training takes time, patience, practice, and perseverance. Remembering that when training will help you achieve your goals in a timely and realistic manner.

Martial Arts:

My martial arts program is the best of all I have learned. Heavily rooted in Shotokan and Goju Ryu karate; the early stages focus on defense, strikes, discipline and developing a solid foundation. As we progress, we will begin to combine elements of Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Jujitsu, and kickboxing for a more comprehensive approach to martial arts.

Self-Defense:

My self-defense program is a comprehensive, step by step approach to learning basic, intermediate, and advanced self-defense from beginning to end. Learn: Prevention Awareness Techniques Escapes The emphasis of this program is developing proper reflexes, practical application through repetition, and self-confidence.

Fitness:

My Fitness program is an intense and dynamic total body workout. Using a combination of strength training, endurance, cardio, and flexibility exercises, I will help you lose weight, tone muscle, and develop a healthier and happier lifestyle, both in and out of the gym.
