Ema Stefanova, Master Yoga Therapist and Teacher Trainer since 1979
Ema is a master yoga and meditation teacher. She has appeared on National TV (health programs, Winter 2006) and in the Crazy Wisdom (bookstore) Journal (spring 2005 issue), Ann Arbor Business Review (Jan 2007), and International Journal of Yoga Therapy (Jan 2007). She has taught yoga to groups and to individuals worldwide since 1979, and in the Ann Arbor, MI area since 1990. Her unique and gentle teaching style comes from her extensive training under masters in the world-renowned Satyananda yoga lineage as well as her personal practice.

Ema is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

Open Level Yoga – accepting students!

Mondays – 6:10 to 7:25 PM

All are invited to try the open level yoga class. We recommend that you contact Ema directly beforehand. She offers two package deals for students:

  • 4 weeks – $75 | This minimum package will give students the introduction and experience they will need to carry on their practice at their own pace.
  • 10 weeks – $150 | For those looking for a more meaningful experience and are able to make a longer commitment, this package represents a 20% discount per class.

Guided Meditation

Wednesdays – 5:30 to 6:30 PM

Learn deep relaxation, concentration and meditation. Have a transformative experience! Expand your consciousness through meditation practices from the time-tested yoga and tantra traditions.

Become “stress-resistant” amidst the pressures, insecurities and difficulties of modern life. No particular belief system is needed. Both beginning and continuing students love this class.
