Cristo Bowers

Cristo Bowers, B.A., CH.t. is a certified hypnotherapist who received his hypnotherapy certification through the Institute of Transformational Hypnotherapy. Cristo has also had training through the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. Both are state certified programs. Cristo has been studying world religions and spirituality for 15 years, with a focus on Hinduism, Buddhism, and Theosophy, and has been practicing meditation for ten years.
