Overview
We are all over-scheduled, overworked, and stressed out. We all need more time to nurture ourselves. It always seems that when we need it the most, we have the least amount of time to get it. We can help. Our Corporate Wellness Program is unique in that it addresses the Body, Mind, and Spirit for a comprehensive stress reduction solution. Our wellness professionals offer effective systems and techniques to address the stressors in everyday life. Whether at your place of business or at our center we create a relaxing and serene environment in which the workshop takes place. You will be enveloped in the sights, sounds and ambiance of relaxation.
The Facts
The Centers for Disease Control and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health report:
- Stress is linked to the six leading causes of death (heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver, and suicide)

Our Program
The Body Mind Spirit Corporate Relaxation Program is a 3 hour workshop focused on addressing both short term and long term stress. Our comprehensive approach aims at sharpening the body, mind, and spirit of our participants. Individuals will learn to identify triggers that produce added stress and how to effectively manage and reduce stress in their daily lives.
Segment One- Discovery & Identification
- Guided meditation, learn paced breathing, tips to quiet the mind, and ways to reach beyond your physical limits.
- Imagery Visualization
Segment Two – Release & Relaxation
- Meditation In Motion using traditional Indonesian Silat, a movement arts and natural healing system
- Relaxation Breathing, explore new ways to calm the mind using different breathing methods.
Segment Three – Education & Action
- Positive, Negative & Affirmative Thinking
- Nutrition,making healthy lifestyle choices to improve overall energy and well-being
- Learn how to identify triggers, techniques to combat daily stress, and tools to help lighten your life
