WHAT WE DO

Each session is a unique spiritual expression, with its own flow and synergy.
There are blessings, song, music, chant, readings, poetry, visioning, energy awareness, movement/dance and other creative expression.
The content comes from those who volunteer.  Call 734-353-0906 to volunteer.
Each session includes a period of silent meditation to focus one’s attention and experience that which is beyond the thinking mind.
There may be additional moments of silence to enhance deepening of awareness.
A portion of the time will be devoted to an uplifting presentation, spiritual teaching or spiritual inquiry.
Time is provided for those present to respond to the unfolding experience and voice their insights.
There is opportunity for fellowship and personal connection.
There is laughter, lightheartedness and playfulness.
There are many opportunities to serve others in various ways.
There are refreshments.
Every few months there will be opportunities for frequent attendees to provide their input regarding preferences for future program content, format and presenters.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

There is nothing that you have to believe.
You are encouraged to be a kind, gentle, patient, loving expression of DIVINITY and to be aware and honoring of that same DIVINITY in others.
Be open, accepting, and appreciative of the synergy, connection, harmony and flow.
Come with the intent of being a blessing and a light to those around you.
In so doing, you will be blessed and LIGHT will shine within you.
A wonderful way to lift human consciousness is to raise one’s own spiritual consciousness.
A wonderful way to raise one’s spiritual consciousness is to focus on the DIVINE ASPECTS.
Focus on beauty, peace, appreciation, spaciousness, kindness, abundance, generosity, joy and LOVE.
These will resonate in you and you will be aligned with them.
All who participate in this group are ministers to each other.
Be a gift.  Be a giver.  Also, be a receiver, thereby enabling others to be a giver and a gift to you.
This is DIVINITY expressing, ALL IN ALL.
